AG Site Council Survey

Information on the AG Site Council Survey for May 4th through May 9th.


Survey Directions:

If you are taking the survey at conferences:

·        It is best that you take the survey AFTER all of your children’s conferences are completed.  You will take the survey only one time.

·        Your child’s teacher should let you know where an iPad / Chromebook is with the survey all ready to go.

·        The first page of questions pertains to Archer Glen school-wide.  After that, you will be prompted to answer questions based upon your individual children and their grade levels.

·        Please make sure you click on the submit button when you’re all finished and then click on the submit another response link to get the survey ready for the next family.

If you are taking the survey at home:

·        Take the survey AFTER you have completed your children’s conferences.

·        Click on the link to take the survey.  Follow the directions above for completing the survey, except you do NOT have to select “submit another response” at the end.  You will      take the survey only one time.

·       The survey will be available until Tuesday, May 9.
