Student Enrollment Forms during the Summer: The District Office will accept Student Enrollment Forms from families that would like to submit them prior to school offices opening in August. The SSD Enrollment Forms are available online at the SSD website under the Information tab then click on Enrollment Process or the paper forms can be picked up at the Sherwood School District Office. The Sherwood School District Offices are located at 23295 SW Main St., Sherwood, Oregon. The phone number for the District Office is (503) 825-5000. Their offices will be open during the summer from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday with appointments available on Fridays. The Enrollment Forms can be turned in to the school offices when they open on August 15th.
